Results： the observation group of maternal satisfaction was 86.6%， the control of maternal satisfaction was 71.6%， statistically significant difference （p 0.05）; Two groups of maternal postpartum care results parison， the observation group maternal 47 cases of successful hemostasis， 11 examples maternal GongQieChu， 2 maternal deaths， the control group 36 cases of maternal successful hemostasis， 19 cases of maternal uterus resection， 5 cases of maternal deaths， statistically significant difference （p 0.05）; The two groups after ChanFuShu depression， anxiety， insomnia， and so on and so forth， in observation group was better than control group maternal maternal， statistically significant difference （p 0.05）. Conclusion implement fortable nursing to maternal postpartum hemorrhage， helps to reduce the incidence of obstetric plications， can promote the fast recovery， is worth to be widely applied in clinical treatment.
